Order Processing

Please allow all orders will be shipped out within 7-14 business days upon receipt of payment. If the item is out of stock, we will let you know the expected delivery date.

 

Shipping Address

P.O.Box addresses are NOT deliverable. Kindly provide us full details of your address for delivery to ensure you receive your order safely, promptly and in good condition.

 

Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any Customs Tax & Duties. Please contact your local customs office for more information on import duties and taxes.

Please note that we declare the full value on all packages shipped to outside Malaysia in accordance with legal requirements.

 

Shipping Method

Your order will be shipped directly from the starhunter.com.my to you via DHL courier service.

Delivery time:

1. Processing time 7-14 working days.

2. Delivery time please allow 3-5 working days within Malaysia. (Excluding public holidays, Sundays and Saturdays)

 

Shipping Charge:

1. Free shipping within Malaysia with purchase ABOVE RM350.

2. For orders amounting to the paid price (excludes shipping fee) being less than RM350, a handling fee of RM10 will be charged for deliveries to West Malaysia and RM20 to East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak).
