5D4N Mt Bromo Milky Way Astro-Adventure Workshop

5D4N Mount bromo Milky Way Private Asto-Adventures Workshop is the special private astro-adventure trip for Milky Way hunting and astrophotography from interesting places around Mt Bromo. During the astro-adventures workshop, our local tour guide and astrophotographer master will bring the Starhunter members to the best place to shoot Mt Bromo Milky Way, such as mentigen hill, the mountain group includes Mount Batok, Mount Bromo and the highest volcano Mount Semeru, the Hindu temple, Teletubbies hill, the sea of sand and Ngadas bawah. We will camp in the Prau hill to photograph the Mt. Bromo Milkyway. During the outing, our astro-master will help you to understand the settings and how to operate astro gear to capture different type of astrophotography image like wide-field AP,medium format AP and telephoto AP.

Itinerary  :

Day 1. Surabaya - Mentigen Hill

Our tour guide will pick up us from Surabaya International Airport to Mount Bromo, and will drive us to hotel at cemoro lawang village with private MVP family car. and it will takes around 3 hours drive. Reach your hotel, check in and free & leisure program.

07.30 Check in hotel and dinner

20.00 Mentigen Hills for Milky way photography from another side of Mount Bromo

23.00 Back to Hotel and rest

Day 2 Camping In Prau HIll 

06.30 Having breakfast and then afterwards we drive to Ngadas Kedol for Village Photography. We'll stop over at The Savannah Bromo for taking pictures the beautiful landscape of Mount Bromo from another side. With altitude  around 2.800 m, you will see the highest volcano in East Java Indonesia ( Mt. Semeru), in this village where the tenggereese settled, communicating with the local population is very important, where you'll understand about tenggereese, far removed from the modern. 

11.30  We come back to our hotel in Cemoro Lawang and prepare for camping activity at Bukit Prau

12.00 Rest and Free & Easy 

16.00 From Our hotel we start to Bukit Prau for camping activity. Our team will be prepared the tent, please prepare a thick jacket here, because the temperature range around 8-12 degrees.

18.00 Having Dinner and then time to hunting the Milky way. FYI, Bukit Prau is the most recommended place for hunting the milky way. 

After done for milky way photography, time to rest. 

Day 3 Bromo Sunrise - Bromo Crater

07.30 We drive to jeep parking area at the sea of sand

08.00 Start Hiking to Mount Bromo

12.00 Back to Hotel and Rest

20.00 If the weather is clear we go to “Sea of Sand“ for Milky Way Hunting

Day 4. Madakaripura Waterfall

09.00 We drive to Madakaripura waterfall

10.30 Start explore The waterfall

13.00 Back to hotel ( stop over for lunch) 

16.00 Arrived at Hotel and free program

20.00 Bromo Village Milky Way Program -If the weather is clear we may go to  Bromo village

23.00 Back to your hotel and rest

Day 5 Transfer out to Surabaya

06.30 Horseman shoot + sunrise shooting program

09.00 Breakfast 

10.00 Check out from hotel at Bromo and we drive to Surabaya airport

12.00 Lunch  ( stop over for lunch) 

13.30 Arrived at Surabaya airport and finish the tour

MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS BY THE COMPANY: The private tour can be suspended due to meteorological reasons (floods, storm, strong wind, etc.),covid 19 lockdown or in the unlikely event that the minimum number of 7 people is not reached at the deadline. In these cases we will contact you as soon as possible . We will offer an alternative tours (subject to availability) or a full refund.

MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS BY THE CUSTOMER: The customer can request (subject to availability) to change his reservation (for example, change of tour, number of participants, etc.) at no additional cost, up to 75 days before departure. After the deadline, the changes requested by the customer will not be accepted. In addition, the customer can cancel his reservation at a charge of 50%, up to 75 days before departure. Once the deadline has expired, cancellations will not be refunded. To cancel or modify the reservation (within the deadline) the customer must send us in writing (exclusively by e-mail) , the reservation number, his name and the telephone indicated during registration, specifying if he wishes cancel the booking ticket, change the tour or number of people, or other. In the event of changes in the reservation (both by the customer and the Company), the same cancellation policy described above will be applied: the customer can request to change his reservation up to 75 days before departure. After the deadline, the changes requested by the customer will not be accepted. Also, the customer can cancel his reservation at a charge of 50% , up to 75 days before the new date set for the private tour. Once the deadline has expired, cancellations will not be refunded. By booking this private tour and paying the corresponding amount, you confirm that you have read and accepted our cancellation policy.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Refunds will be made EXCLUSIVELY with the same payment method. (by credit card or bank transfer): Refunds will be issued within 7 working days for bank transfer and 30 days for credit card(depend on bank process).
